How it works, step by step
- Create your store and add the products you already sell on WhatsApp.
- Choose how customers pay: cash on delivery, your Razorpay account, or both.
- Place one order yourself on your phone, so you see what your customer sees.
- Share your store link or a product link in a chat, in your WhatsApp status or in your business profile.
- Pack and ship from the order list in your admin.

Change the words in brackets, and send these only to people who asked to hear from you.

Do you still need WhatsApp Business?
Yes, keep it. WhatsApp is still where customers ask questions and where you build trust. The store takes over the repeated work of showing products and writing down orders, so your chats can be about helping people decide.

Questions sellers ask
Does the customer pay inside WhatsApp?
No. The customer taps your link, opens your store in their browser and checks out there. The order then appears in your ShopNx admin.
Can customers order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout lets a customer place an order without signing up.
Does ShopNx send bulk WhatsApp messages for me?
No. You share your link yourself, to customers who want to hear from you. Sending unwanted messages can get your number reported, so ask first.
