Your domain, your payment account and your data. You can export your complete product, customer and order data whenever you want it. The engine and storefront are open source.

Can I see which ads make money?

Yes. Ad reporting shows sales and profit by source and campaign. Meta Pixel with the Conversions API, Google Analytics, and TikTok, Pinterest and Snap pixels are built in. You add your own IDs.

How do I bring shoppers back?

• Abandoned checkout reminders by email, with a tracked link back
• Basket reminders and order updates on WhatsApp, to customers who agreed to them
• A newsletter signup box, list and unsubscribe link
• Klaviyo events for orders and abandoned carts

How do I earn trust from a first-time buyer?

Reviews are verified against your own orders, and your Google rating and latest Google reviews can appear on your store. Video showcases from your own YouTube or Facebook videos sit beside the products they show.
