ShopNx vs BigCommerce

ShopNx charges ₹0 a month and 1% of successful sales plus GST, whatever you sell. BigCommerce charges a monthly plan in US dollars, and moves you up a plan as sales grow. BigCommerce suits you better if you want its round-the-clock support or sell mainly outside India.

BigCommerce's prices come from its pricing page, last checked on 5 November 2026. Plans are billed annually.

Running ShopNx on your own server has no ShopNx fee at all. You pay for the server instead.

Choose ShopNx if

• you want no bill in a month with no delivered orders;
• you want the code to be open source, so you can move it to your own server;
• you sell in rupees, with Razorpay and cash on delivery.

Choose BigCommerce if

• you want 24/7 chat and email support, phone support from Growth, or a dedicated Customer Success Manager on Performance;
• you sell in US dollars and can use its embedded payment providers, so you pay no fee on sales up to the plan's limits;
• you want a free trial of a paid plan before you commit;
• you need a payment gateway other than Razorpay today, as the others are upcoming on ShopNx.
