Made for small batches
- Nothing to pay until you sell. A slow month costs you nothing, so you can start with a few products.
- Made-to-order items. Turn off stock tracking on a product so it can be ordered before you make it, or keep a count for what is on your shelf.
- Your phone is enough. Add products from your admin, or send a batch of photos through the paid AI tools to draft them.
- Sizes and packs. Sell a 250 g jar and a 500 g jar as variants, each with its own price and photo.
From your chats to a proper order
- One link. Share your store on WhatsApp and Instagram so customers browse by themselves.
- Payment your way. Take UPI and cards on your own Razorpay account, or cash on delivery.
- No account needed. Guest checkout lets a customer order without signing up.
- Local and far away. Set your own delivery rates by zone, or book couriers through Shiprocket and India Post.

- Food has its own rules. Food businesses in India need an FSSAI registration or licence, even at home. See selling food online.
What it costs
₹0 a month. You pay 1% of delivered, non-returned orders, plus 18% GST on that fee, and nothing in a month with no sales. Your payment gateway and courier charge separately. See the full pricing and calculator.
Questions sellers ask
Do I need GST to start selling homemade products?
It depends on what you sell, your turnover and where you ship, so ask your accountant. Your ShopNx store works with or without a GSTIN.
Can I start with just five products?
Yes. There is no minimum and no monthly fee, so a small store costs nothing to keep open.
