Add your team

Invite people under Settings › Team by phone or email, and choose a role that sets what they can do.

1. Go to Settings › Team and press Invite member.
2. Type their Email or phone and choose a role.
3. With a phone there is no link: when they sign in with that number, they are asked to join. With an email, send an invitation, or set a password for them yourself.

Roles

• Owner: every right. A store always keeps at least one.
• Manager: products, stock, discounts, orders, refunds and reports, but not the team, roles or plugins.
• Staff: mostly reading, plus working on and shipping orders, with no refunds.
• Vendor: can sign in and do nothing until you give them rights.

Settings › Roles lets you change these or press Add role. Your password and devices are under Settings › Your account.
