Connect Razorpay

Paste your Razorpay keys under Settings › Payment methods, then add ShopNx's webhook address in Razorpay so it can tell your store when an order is paid.

You need a Razorpay account. The money goes to your account with them.

In ShopNx

1. Go to Settings › Payment methods and press Add a payment method.
2. Press Set up on the Razorpay card.
3. Fill in Key ID and Key secret from your Razorpay dashboard.
4. Choose your own Webhook secret, a long password, and press Save.

In Razorpay

1. In your Razorpay dashboard, add a webhook.
2. For the address, use the line below, with your store's address name at the end.
3. Type the same Webhook secret.
4. Tick the events payment.captured and payment.failed.

Your address name is the first part of your free store address: for yourname.shopnx.in, it is yourname.

If an order stays unpaid

Open the order and press Check with Razorpay on the Payment card. It asks Razorpay directly and records the payment if they took it.
