Connect Shiprocket

Add a Shiprocket API user under Settings › Shipping providers, and you can book couriers and print labels from an order's page.

You need a Shiprocket account, and each other courier company works the same way with its own account.

Connect it

  1. In Shiprocket, go to Settings › API › Add New API User.
  2. In ShopNx, go to Settings › Shipping providers and press Set up on Shiprocket.
  3. Fill in the API user email and API user password. Use the API user's, not the account owner's.
  4. Press Test connection and choose your Pickup location from the list. If there are none, add one in Shiprocket under Settings › Pickup Addresses.

Book a parcel

  1. On an order, press Ship.
  2. Choose a Courier from the list of rates, check the Weight (kg), and press Book with Shiprocket.

Shiprocket assigns the waybill, asks for pickup and prints the label. The order's page then has tracking, the label, Request pickup and Cancel, which works only before the parcel is out for pickup.

Faster tracking updates

Under Tracking updates, press Generate token and copy the address and token into Shiprocket's Settings › API › Webhooks. Without it, your store asks Shiprocket every half hour.

Record an India Post parcel

India Post has no booking from ShopNx. Choose it under Booked through and type the consignment number from your counter receipt.
