Customers and groups

The Customers screen builds itself from your orders, grouped by email. Groups give some customers their own prices, delivery rates or tax exemption.

Customers

Customers lists everyone who has ordered, with their orders and lifetime spend. You can't add or edit one here. Export CSV and Copy email addresses take the list elsewhere.

Customers › Accounts is a different list: shoppers who registered. Some people are on both.

Groups

Go to Customers › Groups and press New group. Give it a Name and a Code. Tax-exempt means its members are charged no tax.

Use a group for trade prices under Products › Price lists, and for delivery rates under Who sees this rate. An address joins a group by joining a company, or through the API.
