Create a discount

Press New discount, choose what it takes off and who can use it. Each order can use one discount.

1. Go to Discounts and press New discount.
2. Type a Code: letters and digits, up to 20.
3. Under Takes off, choose a percentage, a fixed amount or free shipping.
4. Under Applies to, choose the whole basket, or certain products, collections or categories.
5. Save it, and use Try it to test it without using it up.

Useful limits

• Minimum basket, measured on the whole basket.
• Starts and Ends, and Total uses.
• Once per email address.
• Prepaid orders only refuses it with cash on delivery.
• Apply automatically needs no code. A typed code beats an automatic one.
• Show in the basket's offers lists it for shoppers.

Orders that used a discount keep what they were given, even if you delete it.
