Manage reviews

New reviews wait for you under Products › Reviews. Approve them to show them, or switch off moderation.

Go to Products › Reviews. It opens on those waiting.

• Approve shows a review on your store.
• Reject hides it and keeps the record. Delete removes it for good.
• Reply posts your answer under the review.

Settings

Show reviews without moderation publishes them straight away. Only buyers may review limits them to customers. Both start off. A review from an email that bought the product is recorded as from a verified buyer.

On your store, a review from a verified buyer shows a Verified purchase mark.

To bring in old reviews, use Settings › Import and choose reviews. New rows need the product slug, name, rating and text.
