Bring in products from a spreadsheet or Shopify
Settings › Import reads a CSV in ShopNx's own layout or a file exported from Shopify, as it is. A dry run checks the whole file first.
- Go to Settings › Import and choose what you are bringing in, such as products, inventory, orders or reviews.
- Download the GoCommerce template or the Shopify template if you need one.
- Drop your CSV, or use Or paste CSV.
- Press Dry run. It checks the whole file and changes nothing.
- Press Import. A bad row never stops the file.
When importing old orders, leave Fire events off, or your past buyers get confirmation emails. Deleting through an import can't be undone.
To take your data out again, Settings › Export has products, inventory, orders and customers as CSV. Moving from another platform? See moving to ShopNx.
Create products from photos
Create from photos on the Products screen sorts up to 60 photos into products and variants with AI. It makes drafts at price 0 for you to price and publish. See AI tools for what it needs.
