Price jewellery from the day's metal rate

Type today's rate per gram and save, and every design made from that metal is repriced straight away. Orders already placed keep their price.

Go to Products › Metal rates.

1. Press Add a metal. Give it a Name, such as Gold 22K, and Today's rate for one gram.
2. Press Add a design and fill in its SKU, Metal, Weight (grams), Wastage (%), Making charge and Stones value. The making charge can be a fixed amount, per gram, or a percent of the metal.
3. Press Save and reprice. The total is rounded to a whole rupee.
4. Each day, type the new rate and save.

Have many designs? Use Upload a spreadsheet. Rejected rows are listed by row.

Good to know

• A price you type by hand on one of these designs is replaced at the next rate change. Stop following takes a design off the rate.
• Trade prices in price lists are fixed amounts and don't follow the rate, so review them when it moves.
