Sell in more than one language

Add a language under Settings › Store and translate your products, categories and collections under Products › Translations. Shoppers choose their language at the foot of every page.

Go to Settings › Store and use Add a language.
Go to Products › Translations and choose the language, then Products, Categories or Collections.
Open an item. It sits beside the original. Type the translation and press Save translation.

A box left empty shows your main language's text, so you can translate a little at a time. Filter by Not translated to see what is left, and ask a native speaker to read it through. This screen has no machine translation.

What shoppers see

Once a store has two or more languages, a Language switcher appears in the footer of the store. A store with one language doesn't show it. The choice is remembered on that shopper's device.
