Keep track of stock

Products › Inventory shows what is running low. Available stock is what you have on hand, minus what is reserved for open orders.

Go to Products › Inventory. Filter by Available at or below or Out of stock, or use Find any SKU or product to search everything.

Change a count

1. Press Stock take on a row.
2. Add or subtract an amount (25 receives a case, -1 writes one off), or set the exact count. You can't set it below what is reserved.
3. Give a reason under Why. It is required.

Use Receive to record a delivery. An unpaid order holds its stock until it expires, then the stock comes back on its own.
