Win back abandoned carts

Orders › Abandoned checkouts lists baskets people left, and Marketing › Automations sends reminders once your email is set up.

Go to Orders › Abandoned checkouts to see each basket, with what you could still recover. Use Send recovery or Copy recovery link on a row, or Suppress to leave someone alone.

Send reminders on their own

1. Set up email first, under Notifications. Without it, no reminder can go out.
2. Go to Marketing › Automations and open Abandoned checkout recovery or Abandoned cart recovery.
3. Set how long a basket waits, from 1 minute to 7 days, and add messages with the +.
4. Switch it to Active and press Save.

Only shoppers who typed an email at checkout, or who were signed in, can be reached. A WhatsApp step needs WhatsApp set up with an approved marketing template. Baskets left before recovery was set up are listed but never messaged.

Marketing › Cart recovery shows what the reminders brought back.
