Answer contact messages

Everything sent through your contact form arrives under Customers › Contact messages, where you can reply by email.

Go to Customers › Contact messages and open one. Press Send reply, which needs email set up, or Open in my mail app. Then Mark replied or Archive it. Notes are for you alone.

In its settings, Announce new messages to takes the address to tell, and Subjects the form offers sets the choices shoppers see.
