Set up delivery charges

Delivery charges are set by zone. Your first zone was made for your country when you created the store, and each zone needs at least one rate.

Go to Settings › Shipping and delivery.

Add a rate

1. Open your zone and press Add rate.
2. Type a Custom rate name and a Base Rate. A rate of zero shows as Free.
3. Add Minimum estimated days and Maximum estimated days if you want shoppers to see them.
4. To charge by parcel, use Conditional pricing: Based on item weight or Based on order price.

Add a zone

Press Add shipping zone and pick its Countries, and States if needed. The most specific zone wins. A zone with no countries covers everywhere no other zone names.
